Shinzi Katoh Red Ridding Hood New Washi Tapes

The red ridding hood is one of the most popular characters for the Shinzi Katoh Brand. Their masking tapes used to be made in china but since the last collection, they have switched to a Japanese manufacturer - Sekiguchi. Sekiguchi produce a number of products for different brands and characters like Monchhichi (the little stuff monkey).
